Tamwel Arts is a growing Music & Wellness Hub seeking motivated, warm, and dynamic instrumental tutors to join our expanding team.
 
With a strong reputation and an increasing waiting list, Tamwel Arts offers professional, sound-treated tuition rooms centrally located on Beach Road, Christie’s Beach, along with a welcoming Wellness Lounge where parents and siblings can relax while lessons take place.
 
We support students with diverse learning profiles and neurodivergent needs through targeted, individualised strategies and step-by-step plans that honour each student’s goals and learning style. While we teach music, at our core we are about nurturing confidence, connection, and the best in every student.

We are looking for tutors who demonstrate a high standard of professionalism and teach in a warm, encouraging, and inclusive manner. Lived experience working with neurodivergent young people or those on the spectrum is highly regarded.
 
Tutors joining the Tamwel Arts team receive competitive subcontractor rates, plus superannuation and WorkCover, with flexibility to bring existing students into our Hub if desired. We provide the space, students, and full administrative support — including advertising, scheduling, resources, online systems, accounts, mentoring, and ongoing support — so you can focus on doing what you love: teaching.
