Ruth Stanton - Piano & Flute

Local flute and piano tutor Ruth Stanton, has a bachelor of music from  the University of Surrey in the UK.

Ruth has come full circle with her musical journey, having started out with a very classical background but more recently playing in various bands with local musicians.

Her skill lies in sharing the enjoyment of music, discovering the student's tastes and preferences in music and exploring that to fuel their musical passion.

Music lessons with Ruth are based on confidence building, alongside a variety of musical theory, history, appreciation, aural, notation and musical games. Musical JOY is the key!
